Mohammed Bukar, FCNA, CCrFA, ACTI. is a
distinguished financial professional and accomplished accountant with extensive
experience in public finance and expenditure control. Hailing from Gujba, Yobe
State, Nigeria, he holds a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Maiduguri
and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Accounting and Taxation. His expertise
is underscored by a series of prestigious certifications, including membership
in several key accounting and taxation institutions, such as the Chartered
Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Forensic and
Certified Fraud Investigators of Nigeria.
With over a decade and a
half of service in the State Ministry of Finance before joining professional
practice, Mohammed has excelled in various roles, ultimately serving served as
Chief Accountant in the Treasury Department where his responsibilities encompassed
overseeing state expenditures, conducting detailed monthly salary analyses, and
ensuring compliance with financial regulations. At present, Mohammed oversees
the management and training services of in our firm. His commitment to
continuous professional development is evident through his participation in
numerous workshops and training programs, enhancing his skills in internal
audit control and advanced financial management.
